Bettendorf Birth to Five

Empowerment funds preschool literacy activities in many Bettendorf Schools. The Tummy Time class for infants and parents was recognized in the Wall Street Journal in 2002 as a unique effort in the motion. A wide variety of parenting materials, educational games and other children’s activities are available to be checked out.
